Customer Services Update

Effective March 17, 2020, Wrentham public buildings will be closed to the public until further notice. While the Town continues to monitor the spread of the disease and with the virus obtaining pandemic status, we have determined that staffing levels need to change to balance the provision of town services with the health of our residents and employees. While the Town Hall and other Departments are closed for direct, in-person service, staff will be available for all regular business activities via phone, email and our online services center at http://wrentham.ma.us/ .

For an emergency, please continue to dial 911.
Call the Statewide hotline at 211 or visit www.mass211.org for the most up-to-date information.

Departmental Customer Service Updates

The following is a list of contacts and sources to continue business through the public closings. We will continue to update this list as the situation evolves.

As we are operating with only essential staff, we request as much as possible that all Town business be conducted via email and online services during closure. The Town of Wrentham is operating a “call center” model out of the Administration Office to assist residents and others as needed.
