The Wrentham Senior Center will be opening Monday March 1st for small class activties. Please call the Senior Center to pre-register for all classes. Masks are to be worn the whole time you are at the Senior Center.
The Senior Center is not holding vaccination clinics.
Please contact the Senior Center at (508)384-5425 with any questions you may have about upcoming appointments and classes.
The purpose of the Council is to identify the needs of Wrentham residents age 60 and over and provide a variety of services and programs to meet those needs. The Council consists of seven members appointed by the Board of Selectmen.
A wide range of activities and services are provided for you at the Senior Center.
Important Information - New Medicare Cards
New Medicare Cards were mailed in 2019 - Your Social Security number will be removed from your Medicare card to protect your identify.
You will get a new Medicare card with a number that's unique to you and this number can only be used for your Medicare coverage.
THERE WILL BE NO CHANGES TO YOUR BENEFITS
Beware of anyone who contacts you about your new Medicare card. Medicare and the Social Securtity Administration will not call you for your personal information. Do not give any personal information to anyone you DO NOT know.
The only thing you need to do to get your new Medicare card is to make sure your mailing address is up to date. IF your address needs to be corrected, contact Social Security at 1-800-772-1213 or visit SSA.Gov/MyAccount. TTY user can call 1-800-325-0778.
Mailing everyone a new card will take time. Your card might arrive at a different time that your friend's, neighbor's or even your spouse.
The Council of Aging Board meets the third Tuesday of every month at 3:00 p.m. at the Senior Center. The public is welcome.
